About the Role:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports all daily store operations and is the Store Manager’s key partner. You’ll help lead the team, maintain exceptional service and product quality, and ensure the shop runs smoothly. This role is ideal for hospitality leaders who thrive in high‑energy environments and want to grow into a Store Manager role.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example and support a positive, professional, guest‑focused culture.
Build strong relationships with guests and team members.
Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing the team.
Support daily operations: scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and store readiness.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, product quality, and guest experience.
Resolve guest concerns with a “+1” mindset.
Assist with catering operations and daily quantity adjustments.
Ensure all opening/closing procedures and checklists are completed.
Use company systems (POS, Zenput, Slack, Microsoft Drive) accurately and consistently.

What You Bring:

3+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage; fast casual preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor management, and scheduling.
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Positive, coachable, solution‑oriented mindset.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Availability on weekends and holidays.
