About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, guest‑focused Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow within a rapidly expanding hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, genuine, high‑quality guest service throughout every interaction.
Guide guests through the menu and help them select items they’ll love.
Prepare all coffee and tea beverages according to The Salty’s standards.
Operate the POS system with accuracy and complete opening/closing checklists.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and front‑of‑house environment.
Pack donut orders neatly and efficiently while maintaining product quality.
Follow all food safety, quality, and FIFO procedures.
Assist with restocking, inventory tasks, and putting away deliveries.
Support overall store cleanliness, including lobby, patio, and guest areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in food service, café, restaurant, or guest service preferred.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
Prior barista experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training.
